  • How long does it take to receive my order?

    We ship within 24-48 hours. Delivery is 1-3 Days NCR, 2-5 Days rest of Luzon and 5-15 Days Visayas and Mindanao.

  • Should I confirm my order?

    Yes, it would be faster for us to ship your order if you respond thru SMS message confirmation, email confirmation or official facebook messenger.

  • Will I receive notification and a tracking number once my order is shipped?

    A notification email will be sent for all orders containing shipment details. An additional email will follow with the tracking number once the courier collects your parcel.

    You can also track your order via the website chat bubble in the lower right corner, select TRACK MY ORDER, and complete the necessary fields.

  • Is same day delivery service available?

    Depending on your order if onhand, Lalamove can be booked for onhand items with shipping fees covered by the buyer after payment confirmation. (NON COD). Sta Rosa Laguna Warehouse supplies same day orders.

  • How do I pay for my order?

    After placing an order, customers can select either CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) or NON COD delivery at a discounted rate. Payment details will be provided at the checkout page for NON COD orders.
